Most recently, Mr. Bruce was Executive Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel of Bridgeview Bank Group in Bridgeview, Illinois, where he was responsible for all of the Bank's legal matters, including loan issues, corporate matters, litigation and employment law issues. Mr. Bruce was the Senior Labor and Employment Law Attorney for ServiceMaster for sixteen years. He has also practiced labor and employment law and business law at several private firms.
