Fees
Attorneys are paid fees for the work they do representing clients. At Momkus McCluskey, LLC it is our intention to always provide our clients with excellent work and results which meet our clients' goals. This applies to the work our attorneys do in estate planning.
Estate Planning Fees
Our initial estate planning consultation is generally going to be without a fee charged to the client. This meeting is an opportunity for the Momkus McCluskey, LLC attorneys to meet with our clients and reach an agreement on the estate planning tools and strategy to be implemented. Implementation starts with a retainer agreement that describes the estate plan and sets the fee to be paid for the estate plan to be crafted by the estate planning attorneys of Momkus McCluskey, LLC. Therefore, our clients know up front what they are getting with their estate plan established by the attorneys at Momkus McCluskey, LLC, and, they know the fees meets their budget. This leads to an attorney-client relationship with open lines of communications up and a satisfying relationship for our clients.
Fees for Probate and Trust Administration
It is difficult to determine fees for post-mortem administration, whether it is probate or trust administration. This is due to the varying facts and circumstances that exist with each case. At Momkus McCluskey, LLC we strive to assess the legal issues and provide estimates of our fees, maintaining open lines of communications with our clients so they always know the status and know the work the Momkus McCluskey, LLC attorneys are performing for them. We always start with an engagement letter that describes the legal issues, the strategy to be implemented in achieving the desired goals as well as the fees, usually the hourly fees that will be assessed for the work of the attorneys at Momkus McCluskey, LLC.
