- Living Trusts - Used to manage assets during a person's lifetime and to transfer assets after death. Living trusts make it easy to transition control of an estate to a trustee should the principal become incapacitated.
- Special Needs Trusts - Used to provide for the care of disabled adults without interfering with government assistance eligibility.
- Guardianship and Custodianship - Used to assume responsibility for someone who has become incapacitated who does not have powers of attorney in place.
