Prior to joining Momkus McCluskey, Jonathan worked for a national aviation defense and transportation litigation firm where he coordinated multi-state defense litigation for cargo and freight claims, and handled various other matters involving premises liability, subrogation, commercial litigation and collections.  In 2001, Jonathan was an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Illinois in the Torts Division of the Chicago office.
