Neil T. Goltermann , B.A. 1977 DePauw University, J.D. 1980 DePaul University, was a partner in the Joliet law firm of Spesia & Ayers and worked in the Chicago office of a Texas-based national law firm, before joining Momkus McCluskey Monroe Marsh & Spyratos, LLC. Neil concentrates his practice in estate planning, probate administration, business transactions and planning, corporate law, and real estate. Neil has a comprehensive estate planning practice that includes the areas of wills, trusts, advanced estate planning, asset protection planning, probate and trust administration. His practice involves assisting clients plan for the lifetime management, protection and distribution of their assets, including individuals and families with high net worth and advising individuals and companies with regard to business succession planning, probate and trust administration. In his practice, Neil has also represented entrepreneurs, professionals, and small and mid-size businesses in the full range of business organization and operations, buy-sell and employment agreements, commercial transactions, real estate transactions, employment law and practice, and business succession. Neil is a member of the American Bar Association, Section of Real Property, Probate and Trust Law, Illinois State Bar Association, DuPage County Bar Association, DuPage County Estate Planning Council, National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and the Illinois Real Estate Lawyers Association. Neil resides in Naperville, Illinois, with his wife, Julie, and three children. He has served as Clerk of Session for Knox Presbyterian Church, where he is also an ordained elder. Neil has also kept busy coaching a variety of youth sports. When he is not otherwise occupied, Neil trains for and runs in triathlons.
